UAA 2020 Appraiser Conference

This conference has been approved for 7 hours of appraiser continuing education.

Join us live on Oct. 30 from 9am to 5pm for our 2020 Appraiser Conference.  This conference will be held at the Utah Association of Realtors, 230 W Towne Ridge Parkway, Sandy, UT.

The topics for this conference include:

  • Definition of Market Value (with a case study)
  • FHA Issues (with a case study)
  • Proposed changes to the 2022-23 USPAP
  • Fair Housing Update
  • State of the Appraisal Industry
